Manage client accounts and associated workflows
Legal Aid Alberta (LAA) required a web solution that would be used to manage different types of client accounts within the organization and automate manual business processes. A pre-requisite to building out this desired functionality was the integration of data using a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM. In addition to the core solution of the Dynamics CRM, it requires multiple portals for the day-to-day activities of the organization based on the users and the types of organizational processes and standard operational procedures.

Silver Creek led the customization and configuration of the Dynamics CRM On-Premises, SharePoint, and multiple portals for the day-to-day activities of the organization based on the users and the types of the organizational processes and standard operational procedures.
Data Management
· Developed solution architecture for new reports, portals, and cloud environments
· Designed and developed tabular data models in SSAS to satisfy business requirements and data analysis.
· Migrated Power BI Reports to Tabular data models and reduced storage usage by 90%.
Application Development
· Leveraged PowerApps to automate complex business processes, reducing manual labor, improving data accuracy and reporting through SQL Server and Power BI.
· Developed deep-linking and variable dependencies between different databases in the same PowerApp to ensure seamless data integration.
· Created a waffle menu and linked seven PowerApps, enabling easy navigation across different business processes.
Data Integration
· Created New ETL pipeline for Dynamics CRM (on-premises) migration to Dynamics 365 migration (On-Cloud)
· Used Azure logic apps and on premises gateway to integrate data from dynamics to COTS app called Legal Aid Files
Dynamics Portal Development
· Application Front End Development using React
· Application Back End Development using .NET Core and Entity Framework Core (Code-First approach)
· Web API Development using .NET Core and Integration to the Front-End Application
